Great relocation. You learn how to use key/shiny technologies in the wrong way. Making sense of a convoluted mess and the system's insides teach you patience.

The company is only good for the short term to add some fancy words to your resume. Don't look at it as a long-term career. The company/travel industry just wants to make a future live and let engineers suffer in tech debt.

Make sure all people feel comfortable and are able to grow in this company.

Improve the metrics on which you measure people.

First of all, if you have a new organization plan or priorities every six months, it's not being fast-paced; it just means you are messy.
