The experience you get depends on who you work with. Overall, most development staff look happy, me included.

Company offers a decent salary compared to other local companies.

Very diversified people are here. I've met and known people from at least 10 nationalities, and the company promptly promotes this thing time to time. People here really have a good mindset of accepting diversities.

Basic benefits. Nothing fancier than other average companies.

Remote work policies only in crisis situations, even for developers. We believed in working together face-to-face, and there's no middle ground for this topic yet. This might be a dealbreaker for many people.

• If you're unlucky, you might end up with a crappy designed office. Many are renovated, but there are some floors that are still bad.

I heard a lot of good and bad stories of managers in my department (Tech). So you have to gamble when you move to another team. Good thing for me that my manager is good.
