Pros

No matter what they tell you, don't work here.

Cons

The work environment is extremely fast-paced, with constant changes in priorities and urgent deliverables that rarely allow for adequate planning.

Full availability is expected, with no work-life balance.

Growth opportunities are very limited. Promotions do not follow clear performance criteria, but rather internal favoritism dynamics. If you are not in the inner circle of certain leaders, it is very difficult to progress, regardless of your results.

One of the most worrying aspects is the systematic non-compliance with the collective bargaining agreement for the consulting sector in Spain. Minimum benefits such as reduced summer working hours are not applied. The company operates with complete indifference to these legal obligations, which generates strong internal discontent.

There are no additional benefits or real well-being policies. Everything revolves around delivery and constant availability. Turnover is high, and it's not hard to understand why.

Advice to Management
