Pros

Mid-level salary, good colleagues to work with as an Individual Contributor.

Cons

It's not possible to speak up and propose solutions or new ideas.

The goals are decided by the C-level without prior involvement of the management layer. Later on, they are imposed on everyone every week without the possibility to change or to provide feedback.

Weekly sprints are a symptom of chaos, without knowing where the product is leading, since the company takes any client request as a new feature in the existing sprint without refinement or challenge.

The business team sells non-implemented features without validating with the engineering team the capacity and availability to build them, leading to extra working hours and delivering with bad quality.

Advice to Management

The C-level should start listening to their people and being close to them.
