I filled out the online application and spent considerable time on the writing prompts. I didn't hear back for a month and was ultimately rejected for not fitting what they were looking for, although my skills matched the description perfectly.

I believe Airtable should strive to determine fit through conversations and be more prompt in returning applications, as much larger and smaller companies have been far more prompt.
