They gave me an option to skip a TPS for a longer OA. I thought this was really cool and opted for the longer OA.
They sent me a Hatchways assessment where I had to push code to an actual GitHub repository. The assessment felt very real-world, not like a DS&A, and it was related to an Airtable feature, which was a fun learning experience.
I didn't make it past the assessment, but the best part was the feedback provided on my code. It made me feel like a valued applicant.
There was an incomplete application, designed mainly to interpret and solve some formulas. This application was Git-based.
