I had a total of 8 interviews, each ranging from 30-60 minutes. I also completed a take-home coding challenge that took 1-3 hours. Airtable seemed to have a bank of questions they could ask from. However, the majority of them were re-asked in each
OA, 1 hour technical screen. Didn't make it to the next round. It was a real-world style problem that had multiple parts. Given tables similar to ones that Airtable uses, write different functions.
