Pros: Rapidly growing company with a strong business vision and ambition. Collaborative and talented engineering teams; offering opportunities to work with passionate professionals from around the world. Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and modern engineering practices. Supportive leadership encouraging innovation and continuous learning. Challenging and meaningful projects with real-world impact. International work environment, offering great career development and mobility. Competitive compensation and generous benefits. Flexibility with hybrid and remote working options. Regular knowledge-sharing sessions and frequent engagement with cross-functional teams.

Cons: Fast-paced growth means priorities can shift quickly, which may feel overwhelming at times. High expectations and ambitious goals can be stressful, but they also drive personal and professional development.

Pros: - Fast pace and growth opportunities - Good comp and smart colleagues

Cons: Things move and change very fast.

Pros: I don't know about now, but the engineering team culture was great back then. They've got really approachable lead and senior devs (who I believe are still there at the time of writing), whiteboard collabs, knowledge sharing sessions, and table tennis competitions (where I had to team up with the best to win a game). And not to mention, the best team outing in QLD 🎉 Also, I've had the privilege of not working directly with the higher-ups, as I heard that it can be quite stressful.

Cons: No clear career path and goals. * Can't think of anything else as I'm just talking about the year 2018-2019.
