Pros: I don't know about now, but the engineering team culture was great back then. They've got really approachable lead and senior devs (who I believe are still there at the time of writing), whiteboard collabs, knowledge sharing sessions, and table tennis competitions (where I had to team up with the best to win a game). And not to mention, the best team outing in QLD 🎉 Also, I've had the privilege of not working directly with the higher-ups, as I heard that it can be quite stressful.

Cons: No clear career path and goals. * Can't think of anything else as I'm just talking about the year 2018-2019.

Pros: It is a high growth environment, and they go the extra mile, like getting well-specced laptops and ect. There are very smart people.

Cons: No longer has that startup freedom, permissions and IT locking everything and controlling all your settings and breathing down your neck, which is really quite annoying. They can be a bit stingy about letting you work remotely if you want to visit friends and the like.

Pros: No overtime * Lots of good projects and opportunity * Good compensation * Free drinks, snacks, and ice cream in the office * A good team with smart people

Cons: Lots of projects with tight timelines.
