Very disorganized and lacking in communication both in between interviews and during interviews.
The initial recruiter screen went okay, but they definitely were not prepared as well as I'd have expected and had no clear answers to any questions.
Similarly for the technical screen, the interviewer was unprepared and distracted. It definitely seemed like they were not paying attention from the start.
So overall, a really huge waste of time.
