Pros: 1. Fintech is a promising space. 2. The current employees truly believe the company can go ahead with a successful IPO, and the majority of them stay either for that or the good pay they can’t get elsewhere.

Cons: 1. Whatever bad reviews you read previously are true. 2. Top management doesn’t have any empathy for employees nor cares about people. 3. People are constantly hired to do things they didn’t expect themselves to do. The company has no respect for expertise and past experiences. They just use you as long as it solves urgent asks from C-levels. 4. They use start-up as excuses for every chaotic situation, even in those times when people cannot get paid on time. However, they are not a start-up anymore.
