- Process and development lifecycle are not very well structured, and gaps are often caught late during the development process.
- The decision making process is relatively slow, which is a drawback of the bottom-up approach.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. Don't know what the ex-amazon directors/HMs are doing. They just judge you out of nowhere and reject you. The whole process was extremely long. Don't join this Shanghai Amazon company.
