I've been working for Airwallex for almost 6 years, and I have witnessed its rapid development. The most important pro is that as Airwallex is still developing fast, there are many chances we could take to contribute, and then get recognized. Also, as it becomes more and more global now, we will have a good chance to cooperate widely.
If there is any drawback, it is that in the process of globalization, the company has made some major personnel and management changes, but it has shown a lack of experience in implementation, resulting in a poor employee experience. This reflects that there is still considerable room for development in the company's management level.
