It getting worst!
Kitchen food, a new laptop, desk, chair, and office location in the city near water.
Many issues.
I see a company that posts fake reviews to push down real reviews. They change their mind all the time; and you dont know what to do. Politics grow a lot. There is no support for new employees. There is no work ethic, and they ask me to do anything. I feel stressed all the time. HR asks to post good reviews everywhere. It is not a good place to work, there is no engineering culture, and many people are nasty. They call at midnight for work. There is no good management.
If I had to work in China, I would go to China and not Australia. Work is like Australia, and not many places to stay.
