Got a call within a couple days to learn more about the position and about my background. Pretty responsive recruiter.
Set up a call with the senior manager for the team as the first round. Looks like he was looking for someone with 6-10 years experience in some tools. The job description mentioned fair to good knowledge on it, which wasn't sufficient to crack the interview.
Questions
Asked about tools that I had used 7 years ago, but didn't bother asking much on the tools being used in the company at present.
