Process

All my interviewers were super cool and allowed me enough time to express myself. In the end, they were happy and chose a different candidate based on stack ranking, as communicated to me.

The only (hugely) disappointing part was poor as well as infrequent HR/Recruiter communication and goof-ups. It definitely made the difference in my case.

Also, it seems they just don't care about the organization.

  1. They are providing a horrible experience to candidates.
  2. I expect them to transfer a deeply evaluated profile to other open vacancies/managers to speed up hiring (win). But they are barely doing their current day tasks, forcefully; it's foolish to expect more from them. From candidates' point of view, it may even seem inhuman.

To conclude, overall good, especially the team/tech-stack. I will happily apply and join in the future if feasible.
