Senior QA Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, Karnataka
Process
The process was so long and long. Initially, there was a telephonic round. After a week, they called me to their Bangalore office, and I finished two technical rounds there. Again, after a week or so, they scheduled two telephonic interviews with on-site engineers.
Everything went positively, but the offer was not released. The reason: they hired junior engineers, it seems, and kept my offer on hold and never released it. I kept waiting, waiting, waiting for HR's response for over two months. Truly, Akamai's HR department is very pathetic.
