Process
I got an email from a LinkedIn recruiter at Akamai. After an initial, somewhat technical phone screen, there was another phone screen from a different recruiter. It seems like they ask technical questions from an already developed script and match your answers to qualify.
After the recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager phone screen was conducted a couple of days later. The hiring manager asked me to come for a site interview.
I spoke with six people, and most of them asked algorithm and logic questions, which can be found if you Google them. The recruiter later contacted me with no hire news.
I got another call from a different recruiter for a different position, followed by a phone screen and a site interview. There was no reply despite calling and emailing, so I assumed it was a no-hire and moved on.
Questions
Lots of logic and algorithm questions, HTTP/HTTPS questions.

This is not something most people think of when they think of "diversity and inclusion", but as you become an older worker in the tech industry, you realize these concepts should definitely encompass age diversity as well as race, religion, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
