Pros: Amazing work culture, great work-life balance. People there really care about your work-life balance and really try not to intrude on it. Flexible schedule and almost all roles can work from home.
Cons: Since most people work from home, the office can be quite lonely at times if you choose to go in person, especially on Fridays.
