2 Rounds on-site:
Was given a topic for whiteboarding. Excellent, knowledgeable people conducted the interview. It was engaging, with a lot of questions around the depth of knowledge for the topic provided. General questions were also asked. Overall, an amazing experience on-site.
The 2nd was a general interview by a product manager around client skills, etc.
Advice: Cannot be thorough enough for an on-site interview. Prepare more than you think might be required.

They have very frequent layoffs. You can lose your job anytime. What happens is they have managers who have spent more than a decade here. They hire employees and when layoffs are announced, they remove them. Hence, they are able to retain their jobs while ruining other people’s livelihoods. The tech stack is too old. You won’t learn anything. The upper management is too busy retaining these master politicians. If you have an alternate offer, take it. Oh, and the RSU is worth nothing. They cannot make bold decisions of throwing these people out and retaining actual talent.
