One round of telephonic interview. Three questions were asked based on Linked Lists, hash tables, multithreading, and some other questions.
The second round was onsite. Two people from the team showed up. Basic data structure questions, stacks, recursion, linked lists, multithreading, and thread synchronization-based questions were covered. It went quite well.
The third round was taken by the same person (mostly the lead) who took the initial telephonic round. A real-time task design question was presented with a one-hour time limit. You needed to come up with the data structure and math required to compute the data. I was very disappointed as I could not clear this round, as the question was not very difficult, but I just could not do well.
I think it's a great place to work with a lot of young and energetic people and talented individuals. The interviewers were knowledgeable and very comfortable to speak with. Overall, a good experience and a disappointment.
As specified above.
