Work-life balance, work culture, free food and snacks, lots of team outings, decent pay package.
Lots of clashes happen over the right solution for any given problem scenario, which sometimes feels like autocracy from a few people who want to do things a certain way, and you have to end up implementing things that way.
Unless you have good arguing and convincing powers, you might end up doing and implementing things the way the other person wants.
