Unfortunately, almost all the smart folks have left for better opportunities. This place now is run by managers who don't understand technology; worse, they don't care about technology. More than half the effort is now expended to keep things running (vs. building new things). If you are planning to be a manager, do it by all means. If you plan to be a developer, you've been warned.
Regular interview related to networking, DNS, and Internet technology. They also covered past experiences related to projects and internships. Scenario-based questions were assessed by going in-depth at certain portions of the answers.
Not too crazy with technical questions. They seem to just want to get the feel of your work experience. Overall, a really decent interview process. Easy to coordinate the interview times with HR. They are fast to respond.
