Good engineering company
They treat their people well. There's a lot of smart engineers and challenging projects. I've rarely been bored and feel I've been treated fairly.
Many of the projects have enormous technical complexity. This translates to large technical debt, many moving parts, and difficulty in testing.
Invest in automation to create production-like environments. This will result in better uptime and better velocity in creating new features.
