Got mail from a recruiter for availability for a phone screen. After giving slots, I didn't hear from them. After a series of follow-ups for months, I didn't hear back from them. They didn't even bother replying to the email.

First, a manager telephone interview, followed by on-site interviews by other senior product architects and a product manager. The on-site interview was almost four hours. Interviewers were nice people and asked questions relevant to the position.
