Too much focus on innovation and flashy offerings to customers, while keeping light on in-house maintenance, is grossly neglected. Development tools are disorganized. Too many redundant tools and no consistent SLM methodology. Poor support is provided to internally used tools.
Overall poor housekeeping. Too many networks using unsupported versions of s/w. Poor top-down message and backing of internal tools and teams that are trying to enforce security compliance. No executive support – financial backing in maintaining testnets as well as lack of QA Engineers for pre-production testing.
