Management is mediocre and often displays bullying behavior toward employees. The atmosphere is highly toxic, and HR appears disconnected from the reality at the site.
Outdated technology – working with Linode limits future career opportunities and makes it harder to gain experience with popular cloud platforms.
There is a critical need to replace the current leadership, which fosters a toxic environment and lacks professionalism.
