Great work-life balance, company policies.
Nothing to pen down.
I applied to Akamai through campus placements, where I had to give an initial written test. Within a couple of hours, the shortlisted candidates were called for interviews. The process lasted a whole day with about 5 rounds of back-to-back interviews
I had a couple of rounds of phone screening, both technical. After that, I had four rounds of technical on-site. The technical rounds were challenging, and I found the interview panel to be knowledgeable.
Basic questions on data structure and C/C++. And simple questions on aptitude. Cleared all 3 rounds. HR told there would be a telephonic managerial round, but there has been no call yet. Mailed them, but got no reply. Disgusting.
