Excellent workplace, with smart and dedicated people
- Excellent technical teams and a very strong product.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- Strong sense of public mission and providing technology to society.
When I last observed, the company was somewhat slow to update older software. There was significant technical debt in areas such as build systems and server set-up/configuration.
The work environment was great. I would suggest focusing a little more on how people can grow their careers and technical knowledge.
