Opening Akamai services to the public and community developers by allowing self-service (self-signup). Cloudflare and Fastly did this and gained lots of innovation ideas from the community by doing this.

Migrating older stuff ASAP before they become serious problems. We always pay our financial debt but also need to pay tech debt.

Training our engineering staff to adopt latest software dev concepts/culture like CI/CD, Cloud Native, and Containers/K8s.
