Intelligent co-workers, great location, autonomy (even as an intern), flexible work schedule, good compensation, large range of technology (my team worked with many types of programming languages). The intern program had many opportunities to meet some of the top directors of the company.
The intern program had limited opportunities to network with other interns. It was stressful at times during large deadlines. Office space can be cramped on certain floors.
