A good company to learn
Quality of work is also fine. You have the freedom to pick something good (and relevant to your team) and work on that.
Akamai offers a good learning opportunity for freshers/people who are willing to learn and are self-driven.
People are really nice. If you need any help or suggestion, they will guide you properly.
Little less compensation. Senior management interacts very little with developers. Very little design specification, suggestions, recommendations, or reviews are done by architecture. I think they can contribute more, which can help developers a lot to learn.
