No place for technical people. If you want to grow, then you have to be a manager. The company is hiring managers like crazy on high pay scales, and to pay them, they are paying less to technical team members. The pay scale is less as compared to other product-based companies.
If you are a technical person and want to grow, stay away from this.
Stop being a sales-driven company. Give importance and proper pay to your employees. Hire fewer managers and fire a few managers. You will be in good shape.
