Great company and culture. High attrition in Service Delivery
I love working at Akamai. The technology is unparalleled, and the people are exceedingly smart and competent.
Management doesn't seem to care too much about attrition in the Services Delivery organization. Your salary will be much higher coming in from outside of Akamai than if you are promoted from within Akamai.
Engineering is another ball of wax. Engineers are treated generally better than Professional Services.
Stop treating Solutions Architects as such an expendable commodity.
