The interview was for a Python Junior Developer position and had three rounds.
- Round 1: A Hackerrank coding round with 5 questions (easy).
- Round 2: A 1:1 interview with a developer where they asked about Python and reviewed my resume.
- Round 3: Another Hackerrank round (pretty difficult).
I received a rejection afterward, stating that I did not pass the test cases.

Pros: The company has fantastic work-life balance, a supportive culture, and great people, benefits—really everything.
Cons: The pay compared to other trading firms is a little lower.
This is still a great place to work, especially at the junior level, but you won't get the extremely outsized compensation you see at certain top-tier trading firms.
