Pros: Sets the bar so low, you will be able to find happiness in just about anything else in life and find no adversity too difficult to conquer after working here.

Cons: Toxic culture, pervasive incompetence. The only thing larger than employee egos is the headaches you get from working with them.

Pros: Most people are nice to work with and super helpful. However, it's a bit of a gamble, as your environment/WLB will largely depend on which team you land on. Slightly better WLB than similar trading firms. There is a healthy obsession with QoL features, such as build, which is nice for devs.

Cons: * Relatively low pay compared to other firms. * Some code is poorly written (especially in older software), which can lead to a bad time if you have to work with it. * High attrition, both by choice and by force (there was a recent mass layoff with zero warning). * Little to no documentation and a lack of focus on it. Also, nobody really cares much about testing. Combined with high attrition, this makes for an inefficient work environment. * A relatively high proportion of devs are expected to support traders.

Pros: Competitive salary, fast-paced environment, smart people.

Cons: At the moment, no cons.
