Pros: Knowledgeable coworkers. Teams are not siloed, and you can work on a wide variety of projects. Fun company events and atmosphere. Education reimbursement.
Cons: Incredibly slow process for promotions and career advancement.
Annual raises are non-existent.
Teams are very poorly resourced and oversubscribed; you end up doing way more than your job description.
Lower than market rate compensation.
