I met them at a career fair. I talked with a software engineer about Akuna Capital and the dev team. I received an email the following week.
The process started with a coding challenge, followed by a phone interview and a final interview. Everything was mainly focused on Python, as I had used Python in the coding challenge on HackerRank.
