Pros: Still fairly dynamic and flexible despite the size.

Cons: What a joke. I think it’s six CTOs now in 10 years; that’s not normal. The other reviews about nepotism are all true. The original few ‘partners’ do what they want, while the rest of us get the dirty jobs and don’t share in the returns. They are intern crazy as well. Hundreds come in every year, and it’s a bit of a factory, to be honest. Never mind the CTO revolving door; it’s the same with other roles. Most people can’t stick it for two years before they realize they’ll have a much better work/life balance at other firms.

Pros: Friendly working environment, collaborative, with talented people to work with. Work schedule and workload can also be flexible, depending on the team.

Cons: Limited growth for tech roles. Management is not very transparent.

Pros: - Pretty good work/life balance for the industry. There is too much work, but it's generally acceptable to push the work instead of increasing hours. Vacation is respected. - Jr. devs learn quickly. - Business seems good.

Cons: - Deep-seated structural issues. - Most teams are overloaded. - Everyone is so overloaded it seems teams/people turn against each other at times, leading to a generally toxic environment. - Management undervalues opinions from outside hires. - Promotions are based on tenure, relationships, and continuity with the "Akuna" way. - Management decisions are usually reactive and short-sighted. - Politics galore.
