Very minimal meetings, great for engineers who love to spend time solving technical problems.
Development teams strive towards adopting best practices, practicing Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps.
Overall a great working environment with friendly colleagues and good vibes.
Cons: Development teams are pretty lean.

Pros: The vibe has improved a lot versus a year or two ago. Staffing has cleaned up a lot, and there are fewer a-holes and egos in the office.
Cons: It’s a bit quiet in the office, which can be good in its own way but definitely different to how it was before.
