Pros: Worked at their office in Champaign, which was mostly interns.
It was a cool work environment with really nice people. They offered lots of professional development and training. They also bought us lunch every single day and treated us to a weekend in Chicago.
Cons: I still don't understand day trading as a profession, and when I met the traders, they seemed really stressed and frustrated.
