Pros: Smart teammates who want you to succeed. Interesting project that provides real and obvious value to the team. Focus on providing immediate value with short feedback loops and frequent code review. Amazing baristas.
Cons: For interns, the provided housing wasn't great, mostly because it's in an old building.

Cons: Offer rescinded and told to withdraw offers held with other companies. If given an offer, it's highly recommended to have a back-up offer and to continue interviewing with other companies.
