They are fairly open and not siloed.
There is pretty good autonomy.
Management is fairly transparent, and the company is very flat.
Seemingly overly optimistic hiring a while ago led to large layoffs. This was generally true across the tech sector. It was a rough time and hopefully doesn't happen again.
