The developers here are extremely competent. Many of the senior engineers have deep experience in the industry, and you can learn a ton from them.
For my team, the work-life balance is great (get off around 5). The office is really nice, and the views of the lake are great.
I feel pressure at times because team members are very talented and get their work done super fast.
