Beware of panic redundancies, nepotism, and toxic work culture
Good office location, free snacks.
No work-life balance. Toxic work culture. Poor management and no planning; because of this, many people from the Sydney and Chicago offices were laid off. No bonus paid to redundant staff. Advice to Grads/Interns: Consider this firm as your last option on the planet.
- Management is incompetent; they over-hire and then fire everyone or rescind offers.
- There is tons of nepotism, as described by others on Glassdoor.
- Pay is low compared to competitors.

You get a technical OA, which I'm guessing is automatic. This is followed by interview rounds, leading to a fly-out to Chicago for an in-person interview, presumably whiteboard style. However, I didn't make it to the in-person stage.
