Terrible experience! I got a technical interview over the phone. The hiring manager called me 10 minutes late, without any explanation or apology.
While I was speaking, I heard him say 'hello?' I thought there might be some issues with the phone connection, but I soon found I had been wrong. The hiring manager was answering another phone call!
No notice, no explanation, and no apology. The call lasted for 15 minutes in total, including self-introduction and Q&A.
I don't know how long a technical interview is supposed to be, but it's definitely more than 15 minutes. All his behavior told me, 'I don't have interest in you' and 'you are not worth my respect.' Really bad experience!
