Too busy, no life
Nice people mostly. The salary is good, without considering the long working hours.
Nice office environment and IT infrastructure.
- Work keeps coming, and you can never finish and rest. There is no life balance AT ALL.
- Teams fight over projects and data, and communication costs are getting higher.
- No respect for other people's lives and privacy. They keep buzzing you even after work or on holidays.
- Promotions could be given to ass-kissers who are bad at their jobs.
- No proper skill training for newcomers. Instead, there is two weeks of culture training, a good chance to make some friends, though.
Loose management, and some prefer people who can talk to those who do the job.
