Not worth it
Established company, relative job security, name recognition.
Everything's a battle, even internally. People only work towards their yearly bonuses and disregard any attempt to improve processes or react to changes in the industry, as they are set in stone. Management is bloated and seems to spend most of their time just passing blame from one department to another. The attitude towards employees' work-life balance is non-existent. Senior management have told people on multiple occasions if you're not responding to "ding" (internal messaging system) messages within 10 minutes, you don't deserve to work here, even when outside of employees' working hours.
Do better. Respect employees as individuals and encourage their training and development. Don't treat them as resources to grind away at until there's nothing left. Reduce middle management bloat.
