Nice infrastructure, in both the real world (gyms, shops, etc.) and the digital world. Relatively comparative allowance (food, renting...).
The cultivation system for new employees is almost nonexistent, at least that's what I felt.
Poor work-life balance; you can see almost no one leaving before 9:00 PM.
