Good Internship Experience with Alibaba Group
I have taken a position as Software Engineer-Machine Learning intern at Alibaba Group, Beijing. There are many pros.
- There are great colleagues in the group. They are very nice and taught me a lot about knowledge in distributed computation, math, and so on.
- Good facilities such as gyms and a playroom. The metro is nearby with about a 5-minute walk.
- The allowance for interns is enough to survive in Beijing. Except for the housing rental rate, I don't have many extra fees, since the company covers food and transportation.
- The working duration per day is too long. It is normal for employees to work until 9 p.m. or later.
